Trudy Brown, LEI, CLS, CPE
Founder & President
An Internationally known electrologist with 30 years of experience in permanent hair removal. Trudy has spoken at Electrology seminars across the country and in Canada. She is well known for taking an active role in advancing the profession by working toward licensing goals, and setting standards for the industry. She has received numerous professional awards including the Dr. Charles Michel Award, and is an accomplished lecturer, and author. She has been quoted on Electrolysis in numerous magazines such as Redbook, Good Housekeeping, Prevention, McCalls, Parade and Fitness Magazine.
Trudy is an International Board Certified Electrologist and licensed electrology instructor. She has completed advanced training courses at the Georgia Institute in Marietta and Instructors Training at the Jane Riddle Institute in California. Trudy has been attending Laser Hair Removal seminars since 1994 and has received Advanced training in Laser Hair Removal. She has completed courses at Lasertrolysis of Naples, Florida which is approved by the Electrolysis Council of the Florida Board of Medicine and the Rocky Mountain Laser College in Denver, Colorado which is approved by the Colorado State Commission on Higher Education. She has completed the Laser Institute of America's Training Course for dermatological applications at Gwinnett Hospital in Lawrenceville, Georgia. She has also attended advanced workshops offered by The Center for Medical & Aesthetic Education, LLC approved by the Ohio Nurses Association and continuing education courses offered by the American Society of Laser Surgery & Medicine, Inc., Coherent Medical Corporation and Altus Medical.

After graduating from the Jane Riddle Institute of Electrology in California Valerie earned her International Electrolysis Board Certification in 1994. In 1996 she received the "Gold Probe Award" at an International Electrology Convention in Minnesota for outstanding contributions in her early years to the Electrology profession.
Valerie received training in Laser Hair Removal by attending the Lasertrolysis Training Center in Naples, Florida which is approved by the Electrolysis Council of the Florida Board of Medicine. She is also a graduate of The Rocky Mountain Laser College approved by the Colorado State Commission on Higher Education. She has completed the Laser Institute of America's Training Course for dermatological applications at Gwinnett Hospital in Lawrenceville, Georgia. In addition, she has completed advanced educational workshops provided by The Center for Medical & Aesthetic Education, LLC approved by the Ohio Nurses Association. In 1994 Valerie became a Certified Derma Technician and has attended continuing education courses across the country to develop the most up to date techniques in permanent cosmetic make-up She specializes in eyeliner, full lip color and eyebrows.
Memberships include the International Guild of Professional Electrologists, Inc., Society of Clinical & Medical Electrologists, Inc., American Society of Laser Surgery & Medicine, Inc., the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professional, American Council for Dermagrapic Research and Laser Institute of America.
